  • Reverse engineer or copy our software

7. Fees and Payment

  • Current pricing and subscription details are available in the app

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Intellectual Property

  • Pet Claim Helper and its content are owned by Dogs Trained Right LLC

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content

  • You retain ownership of your data (pet info, vet bills, etc.)

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Pet Claim Helper is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at petclaimhelper.com/privacy.

10. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice

  • We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Pet Claim Helper is provided "as is" without warranties

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the past 12 months
